Have you try your accountant come and go?

Gosh,in the office we're experiencing from january up to this month different accountant due to mismanagement by the company 8 accountant in one year.It is burden on my part or in the accounting department and too scary now its end of year...its audit period.New accountant ...new policy in the Acctng Dept. grrr...what i dont like is if they change the format of my report..this is case to case basis but mostly of my paper work's affected. Have you try this in your company?
