Toss a pebble into a pond and the ripples will touch all edges of the pond. However, this time boulders are falling into the pond, the ripples become crashing waves and the pond water is replaced by rubble. Decades of unsustainable debt build-up has begun to collapse causing chain reactions throughout the world's financial systems. What can we do about it? No one knows. This has never happened before. Not on this scale. There is nothing in financial history that adequately compares to what is happening now.

The company is firing but we need to understand why the company is firing. The company is firing people whom they think are of no use. If the person is good at is work and shows competence he cannot be fired out. Some companies fire the extra covers on the business. Like a bank can fire the accounts assistant. If we have employed two servants in the house and find that one can do the other servants work. We remove one servant. No one likes to fire the employee but the situation makes it so. I will give the example for the software firing. When the industry started growing, all the companies started doing the America based projects without rendering in to other regions. similarly the companies who earned profit should have invested in other sectors like insurance retail hotel so that in the time any bad situation comes they can handle it. But as the entire software industry was dependent on the American market a downfall in the dollar rate changed the things upside down. I too know that firing is a bad thing but if you are good in your work no one can fire you.
