My mother used to be the victim of my anger or rather say frustration.. Like they say you fight more with the person you like the more so I think that is the only reason for me throwing my frustration on my mother.. I love her the most in this world.. But these days I dont throw my frustration on her.. these days I dont get frustrated.. I try to keep happy at all times no matter how the tough the days are for me... Whom do you throw your frustration on ?

I's usually my husband, which is unfortunate, because he doesn't respond, which makes me more frustrated and upset. When I'm upset, he gets more quiet and refuses to talk, and then I get even madder. So it's a viciou cycle!

Usually my frustration and anger is pointed inward, at myself. It has been that way for many years. However, when my daughter was younger...in her teens...she bore the brunt of my frustration. I feel bad about it, even today. We have a great relationship now, and I am very grateful for that. Sometimes, I don't feel like I am worthy of her and her forgivness. It was really tough growing up for her, not just because of me, but other factors.
