Lessons in being happy for kids?

December 8, 2008 3:59am CST
The latest desperate method from the UK government to try and help kids damaged by poor parenting is to give them lessons in being happy. Rather than tackle the problem at source - poor parenting - the government continues to try and increase the level of brain-washing of kids. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/education/7770469.stm What do you think of this and will it help? Even for the most deprived kids?

Instead of brainwashing the kids they should start parenting lessons for the parents.
