Hi sk14143!Thanks for your nice advice.I am suffering severe hair loss too.I am worried about that really.According to your advice,i should eat much more food containing abundant biotin.Fortunately,the foods you list are my favorites. Thanks again!Happy day!

someone told my mum that by steaming cashew nuts and eating them, you can help in preventing hair loss or having black hair. i also realize that if you comb your hair just after bathe, more hair will tend to fall out then if you wait for it to air dry first before combing it. Something about the pores and stuff. Honestly, i have no idea how scientific that is. oh well... i'd readily add soyabean into my diet. but green peas... well... i'd think about it. thanks for your tips hey.
