Volunteer Program

I found out that my company has a volunteer program that will allow you to volunteer 25 hours to a company. The organization must be aproved by my company. After the 25 hours is accumlated my company will donate $250.00 to the organization. Does your company have a volunteer program? If so do you or have you participated in it?

My former office used to have this volunteer programs. And it is part of the employees KRAs to be active in volunteer programs (and infact just like your company, they provide incentives).
I used to volunteer prior to my employment. It was a pro bono thing.
