I need your help investigating

My mum works in a building that has a lot of shops within it and her boss got a note on the front of their van this morning saying "Do you alway park like a c**t?you c**t. HOW RUDE IS THAT? she was parked in her space,maybe a little off but anyone could have still got in or out with no bother. Now, the note was left on a post it,which makes me think that it must have been someon that workes in one of the shops or the pet store because why would anyone just have a post it note on their person? How lame is that? All this person had to do is ask who the van belonged to, If it was a stranger he probably left a note because he was too cowardly and thought that the van belonged to a man (my mums boss is 67 years old and female) and if it was someone from one of the other stores then what the hell is wrong with them? Would you have left a note like that? Would you have gone and found who it was and asked them politely? like a human being?
