"Ambassador for Peace" for Manny Pacquiao, what can you say?

It was on the news that Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao will be arriving in the Philippines tomorrow morning and a great celebration awaits him. One of his scheduled activities is to have a courtesy call in Malacanang Palace and be awarded by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as the Ambassador for Peace. I think that is just right because Manny made our country unite by supporting and cheering for him during his fights. And it was said that there was a "ZERO CRIME RATE" during the dream match of "Pacquiao and Dela Hoya". Wow, that was good news. What do you think about that? Do you think Pacquiao deserves to be the "Ambassador for Peace"?

AFP? xD Boxing is fighting, and fighting creates peace? Only one boxer can create peace over his fights, and his name is Manny Pacquiao =P

Manny should fight every sunday then to lessen the crime rate. Oh wait. That would kill him.

That is good news I guess. Now if only Pacquiao could fight everyday then that would be perfect. I think Ambassador of Peace is a bit too much of a title to give to Pacquiao forever but I guess it's a good title to give him every time he has a match.

yes he deserves to be called as ambassador of peace because everytime he has a fight that's also the time the filipinos are gathered together to watch his fight. even in just a short time filipinos were united in one common good and that i to cheer for pacquiao.

I think its better to have Manny as the Ambassador of Peace rather than retired generals, as Pres. G seems to be fond of doing.

I think it is because she has formed alliances with those generals. I don't like dirty politics. Haha. Yeah, the title for Manny Pacquiao suits him.
