Will my promotion program for NEoBux work?

Hey,I joined NeoBux few months back(exactly 5 months back)....I'm a standard member.....within this time I succeeded to manage one direct referral and rented 6 referrals(with AutoPay option enabled-this option is amazing!!!It really works for me)...my earning is $3.00 as of today and I invested all the earnings in renting referrals...I did a lot of research on NeoBux and finally reached to the decision they are real,reliable,professional. Now I'm planning to invest a bit more and to promote my account I've decided to share my stake with those who will join my downline... primarily I'm planning to give $0.75 for every 100 AD surfing. what do u think? Will it work for me???
