Anyone come across the Situation Installing Windows on Linux

Hello friends, i try to install Windows on Linux first time and find it very difficult and the linux doesn't allow Windows to install when i insert my disk and restart the computer and i see it is not reading the boot CD when it restarts i read many forums too but i not come across clear idea
