How do you keep fit now?

I used to do some physical exercise everyday when I was in my high school just one year before. However, after I became a college student, I became much lazier, now, I only do some running exercise twice a week. Anyhow, I feel no bad now though not so great as before and I guess I am in good condition. Then, how about you, my friends? Do you do regular exercise every now and then to make yourself keep fit? If yes, how? And if no, it's not late to start now since it will benefit you a lot.

I used to exercise quite often in high school too, as there are physical education class, and every morning we needed to do exercise too. I went to play basketball, volleyball with my classmates after the school often. Yeah, I do agree with you, after going to college, perhaps we tend to get lazier and it may not be easy to find a place to exercise. Now, I try to do sit ups and some simple exercise which I can do at home. I do go swimming sometimes. I wish to go and play badminton and basketball too, but sometimes it's difficult to get a court to do that, also it can be quite costly to go gym.
