How long do you sleep everyday?

I think sleeping is one of the most important things for me! But I usually find that the time wasn't enough for sleep~ I felt tired everyday~In fact, I spend 8hours on it near upon! And in my holidays,also 8hours,I can't sleep any more,but still tired~~Why is that? What about you mylotters?

I agree, sleeping is really important. We are required to sleep around six to eight hours a day. If you are going to compute it, we slept 1/3 of our lives so sleeping must be really necessary. I try to sleep at least six hours a day.

Sleeping is important - and it is admitted fact. But I employ a strong regulation on the time I invest in sleeping. I can hardly afford 5 hours a day. But I do not feel tired unlike you. So I believe there is some problem with you since you are getting tired even after 8 hours of sleep. Why not take up the matter with a Physician? At times, vitamins are great - in fact I take two doses of vitamin tablets daily. You can try it as well.

I don't get much sleep on the weekdays. I probably go to sleep around 4 or 5 in the morning and I wake up for work around 9 or 9:30 am. If I don't have to work on the weekend, then I'll probably fall asleep around 6 am and wake up at 4 pm. I haven't had a day off for he last 2 months until now. I finally was able to get away and take a well deserved vacation. I am back in Hawaii visiting friends and family, but I return to work next Monday. i am not looking forward to that at all!
