reboot of american image

I"m just wondering what other people think about President elect obama's reboot of the American image. I do believe we have a bad image around the world, but I don't think we can put all the blame on president bush and his actions alone.look at the newspapers, tv , movies at how we portray American life and how it must seem to people in other cultures.I'm not a big fan of President Bush ,but this image was started long before Bush.

Nope it didnt start with him and I still dont understand why any one hates us for we have always been the forst ones to jump in and help out other countrys and none has repaid us!

I don't get it, but I live here and don't see what other countries see.no matter,I know we are mostly good people. thank you for responding.

I live here too and I dont get why we are hated. but seems like every one here on mylot get along just fine. Then why cant the rest of the people in the world do the same!?
