ego problem between best friends..

many friends in this world are very close to each other and they used to share everything in their life..sometimes if they get fight each other..than ego problem comes between them..each of them used to think, he/she should talk first because he/she only started the issue..other friend will think like the same thing..after some days ego problem emerges between them..both of them will not talk for a long..tell me is this correct..what is the main source of ego problem..and how to prevent that problem..and tell me how the friends should me.. thanks adhavgeek
