Firstly do you stare ,I mean we all look at other people but I am talking looking at someone else for an extended period pf time even after your eyes make four with them ? Do you stare and what are the circumstances that would make you stare at someone ? Have you ever been flattered by someone staring at you or were you annoyed ?What is the longest you have ever stared at someone for ?

I HATE when people stare at me. I mean it's one thing when it's accidental and you're just staring off not really paying attention that you're actually staring at someone. But when someone is looking at me and I look back at them they usually turn away really fast. It's annoying when someone STILL decides to stare at you. So I usually just stare back and make a face like "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT" That usually does the trick. Haha

lol I am having trouble seeing how you can make a face that will make someone look away but maybe you have skills but on a serious note I think some people are really annoying when it comes to staring

Hi ronny, I do when the person is familiar to me and I can't figure out right away, LOL! And will give my smile if he or she will caught me and when friendly, I will start the conversation but I don't stare longer to any stranger..... I don't like also to be stared and in the past, I used to stare back and raise my eyebrow if the person is really stranger! LOL! but, there are also people who will give their smile once you caught me, so, I will also smile to them!

Hi ronnyb, I don't like when people stare at me. Me personally I do not stare at others because I think it's rude. I try to teach my kids not to stare at people because its not polite. Happy myLotting!

The only time I have a look is if someone is a bit ecentric or dressed up very nice on an evening out,I cannot stand it if someone stares at me ,it makes me feel very unconfortable and try not to take anynotice or point it out.

I have just remembered an occasion on holiday in october,we were getting our shopping in sainsburys and waiting to be served and I got this burning sensation and I looked up and noticed this woman giving me evils, she caught my eye and then her friend started they looked rough and I remember thinking she is going to have a go and hit me.I looked away and carried on and they were both giving me the evils so thinking on my feet I started limping, having just got over a bad back,I faked my bad back again and they looked really embarrased I was counting on the fact they would not hit some cripple woman and it worked they walked off, close shave or what.My husband said keep limping to the car for goodness sake as we are both small and slight. It was a horrible feeling, somewhere down the line I must have upset them or they were just out for trouble.

I usually starred when I find something that amazes me. It is out of curiosity because of my unconscious mind tells me that I must know what will happen next. If ever I caught someone starring at me I would just completely ignore it except if the stare is maliciously done. If this is the case, I make sure that I stare back and will give a non verbal message that I am already irritated and he must stop starring.

Well i suppose there are different kinds of stare and i guess anyone would stare at somethhing that grabs their curiosity but i guess that if someone stares to hard you can actually feel thier eyes piercing you then that is rude .In that case you would need some sort of non verbal and even verbal communication to tell them to stop
