wordpress.com can not have it own ads? how to add in? besides those default template, can we import from somewhere else?

I don't know the mechanics of wordpress..Currently i'm using blogger...It is user friendly so you can manage it well...Maybe try to read their FAQ..i think most of the blogs have that....hope it helps.
