Is SandraClicks a scam?

I have been clicking for this PTC for around three weeks or more when one day I couldn't log on to my account. It says my account has been suspended and that I need to contact their billing department. What billing department? They did not even provide a link or the e-mail add of their "billing" whatever? Has anybody experience this? Is this PTC a scam?

I guess one would have to consider it a scam since it just up and disappeared with no explanation. I was already leary of the site because I frequently had problems logging in. I wasn't a member there long thank goodness but I feel sorry for members that invested in the site.

Whew! I was actually thinking of shelling out a few bucks on that site. Good thing it shut down before I made a stupid move.

It is not you who will contact the billing but the site owner or
administrator. I had been working on a webhosting company and this
is likely an issue with the payment to the webhost of the site
maybe there is an outstanding balance that should be resolve
and I suspect bandwidth issue that they exceed too much traffic
and was charged. Just my 2 cents.
