nice topic, kandi. well, just like the other post, this will be my first time to spend christmas alone. my mom is working abroad so pretty much, all we have will be phonecalls on that day. and my father is with his new family. i'll spend it alone - maybe cook some pasta and prolly do the same thing as you plan, watch tv or here in the internet, lotting. lol. if friends are available, maybe watch a movie on the MMFF's entries. cheers!

yes it is global crisis and in our own family i am not really sure how will we celebrate it since me and my husband are out of work and i have not even wrapped a single gift for this year...it is a pretty sad thought but really i will just close my eyes and hug my three kids, for sure we will see the fireworks we will just have to look up the sky...and i am hoping that my husband will find just enough money so that we can buy gifts to our three small kids.

hello. christmas is a rare and special event. here in the philippines, people celbrate christmas with their families the best way they can even if there is a crisis. poverty is not a hindrance for people to be happy and thankful for what little they got. i will celebrate christmas with my mother, husband to be and nieces. hope all of us here have a merry christmas
