On Tipping

Times are kind of tough out there financialy speaking. So if you go out to eat in a place where you tip a waiter or waitress, do you tip lower because you are going through economic tough times; sort of passing the tough times on down to the server, or do you go ahead and be generous to the server who is trying to make a living. Please be honest and let me know how you feel about this, I am curious.

I'm not sure how other countries work on tipping. In my country, there isn't a habit of tipping, coz the service charges have been included in the bill. I seldom tip when going to restaurants in my country.
