Random AP/LR payments

Is anyone familiar with the sites that say you can earn random payments (via AlertPay/Liberty Reserve), but you have to pay to join? One is Random3 being advertised in a few PTC sites, which has an entry fee of $6 for random $3 payments.
Has anyone tried any of them? If so, could you tell us your experience?
If not, what do you think of them?
