myLot primarily a social networking site or earning opportunity site

I guess people who leave myLot come here solely for the purpose of earning as they might have been misled or mistaken.With the earnings miniscule here and insignificant amount one can get here,they leave the site.
From what i have understood so far this is basically a social networking site and the earning opportunities here are just a byproduct of the website.With this mindset now am enjoying every bit of it as the amounts earned is very demotivating,and the friendship i am getting here is highly motivating.

you are right. it is both social networking site and earning opportunity site. and i am enjoying both. i have found friends here where we continue to update each other. and i do that by also earning some extra income due to responding to many discussions as possible. although the income is meager, it is always welcome at this time of crisis.

It is both. It is a social networking site, but you earn money if you do it right. You have to be committed to making quality posts ALL the time. You have to be thoughtful and informative every single time you post. There will be days when you just don't feel like it. So, maybe you take a break. And then you come back refreshed. The money really is good when you take it seriously and always make an effort to do a very good job of posting. So, myLot is always what YOU make of it! :)
