I ate 3 apples a day to lose weight.

Many friends told me that eating 3 apples a day could lose my weight quickly.Alought I know it isn't scientific,I still do it. Waiting ……

for me eating apples are not effective. because apple is the first thing health care providers that will ask you to eat once you have LBM or loose bowel movement. it will make you poop hard. it is not recommended for people who are constipated.

they say that apple a daY keeps doctors away but they don't tell you that eating too many a day will get you contipated and once you are constiated thn you don't lose weight but you tend to gain weight. So Nicly I'll be extra carefull while eating those apples and I do wish you luck. Happy mylotting helper
