As a Early Childhood Educator and single Mom of a 5 yr old, I am always interested in gathering new insight into advice from other parents. This advice can be: - Given to you - Something you have learned on your won - Question's for others - Anything that pertains to parenting For me, as a woman who has worked with children of various ages over the past 24 years and most recently a Mom to my own child: I feel that there is a lot of things that I am missing or need to learn to help me become a better Mom or ECE. So let's start this off with a question: How do you juggle your child, work and home without neglecting any of them?

Just a couple things, always make your children first in life. Be a parent not a best friend. Do not be judgmental, unconditional love is an amazing thing. Explain yourself whenever possible - this helps in learning. Be a part of your child's life, when you send them to school, they are still your kids, be part of it
