I am home. I believe it is not a good practice to use an employers time for personal activities. In a sense, I see it as theft. One is stealing time that belongs to someone else, for which one is getting paid.

Nope I am at home, I do not work, I stay home and raise my son, although I do have a couple cleaning jobs for cash.

NO. I THINK ITS AN BAD IDEA AND ALSO THE FAULT OF THE OFFICE. ALL OFFICE MUST RECOGNIZE THAT IDLE TIMES WILL BE THERE AND ITS THE PARTS AND PARCEL OF EVERY OFFICE.THEY SHOULD ENCOURAGE STAFF TO USE THEIR IDLE TIME IN CONSTRUCTIVE WAYS LIKE DOING HIGHER STUDIES.IN THIS WAY, BOTH THE PARTIES REMAINS HAPPY IN THE END.
