i really need to verify my paypal account but i don't have a credit card! they say you can use a virtual credit card, however when i surfed the internet, i found out that all the VCC are very expensive to start with. Where do you think can I get a cheap one? thank you very much in advance for our replies!

I used my debit card of a checking account to get my Pay Pal account. This account is only used for paying for Pay Pal payments. I do buy a lot off of EBay and most sellers let you buy with Pay Pal.I would set up a checking account with a debit card just so that you can get a Pay Pal account.
