Has AlertPay Got A Referral Program?

PayPal has a referral program, in which we can refer others to sign up for AlertPay, and we will be paid based on the money that is received my that referral. I'm not so sure about the details of the commission payout system, but it's something like that. For AlertPay, I don't see any links on the page that indicates that. So, does anyone of you know if AlertPay has a referral program or not? If it does, can you tell me where the link is, on the AlertPay website?
