What will happen when all the Lotteries are almost out of number combinations?

I've never seen this discussed or asked before, all I ever seen was how impossible it is to win, etc. I will use the Mega Millions as an example -- The odds of winning are like 1 in 175,311,756 (somewhere around there). The fact that 175,311,756 is a large number or not has nothing to do with it, yes it is a large number but it is not infinite, and being the nature of numbers, eventually, some day in the far future, most of the number combinations are gonna be all used up and there's gonna be like 10,000 combos left and some nut is gonna go out and buy 10,000 tickets and play those remaining combos and hes gonna win it for certain. This goes for all lotteries. So my question is, when most of the number combinations are used up, what's gonna happen with these lottos? Is the Govt gonna come up with some new trick to make them harder or just cancel them or what?
