some of my university-mates have higher salarys than me.Also my colleague have higher savaly than me.What should we do???May I must work harder and harder.

I wouldn't be upset. Right now I'd just be happy to find a job that pays minimum wage. It's tough out there and the older you get the harder is. Be thankful that you're working at all. So many people are being fired or laid off indefinitely and times are too hard to be without work. Your hard work will pay off in more ways than one.

I don't always like minimum wage either, but when it comes to feeding kids and keeping a home, sometimes I've had to take what I could get until something better came along. It's hard when people around me seem to be always making more. But when I work hard and I take pride in my work no matter what it is, I still feel good at the end of the day.

When people around me start earning higher wages it makes me work a lot harder to get a raise. Once one person has gotten a raise than we know that they will pay more so we all start to work a lot harder to get one for ourselves. It has never bothered me when someone has made more than me it has always just given me a lot more motivation to work very hard and do my job the best I can and so far it has worked out pretty well for me and I am now amongst the higher paid employees but still have a few above me so it keeps me working hard.

That's a great way to look at things. I also try to see things in a positive light, but at some of my previous jobs there have been people getting paid much more then me who didn't deserve it at all. Some places don't seem to pay for how hard you work, but instead pay for how long you've been there... which is a good thing too, but I think you should get paid the same amount for doing the same job. And for inspiring people to work harder? That's what incentives are for.
