How long do you think he will be the WWE Champion? Do you think he will at least last until Wrestlemania? Also, do you think it's overdue for him to be the champion? He was a lot more popular in 2006.

i am not sure he would even last for another 2 weeks.knowing edge and mickie, they will do something to get the title back to edge as soon as possible.may be one of those gauntlet matches.but he deserved to win.he came too close to winning the title most of the time but didnt suceed but he did this time.happy lotting

That is very true. Edges character may very well end Hardys title run short. It wouldn't surprise the wrestling fans though. WWE seems to never do anything right.

jeff hardy deserves to be champion and this is long overdue. the guy is popular with the fans, he has personality, and he definitely has the skills. i hope and i think he holds on to the belt until wrestlemania. the guy deserves to be champion in the biggest event of them all. same thing for brother matt hardy. these two superstars have really given a lot to the fans and to the company and both truly deserve the accolades they are getting now. anyway, i'd like to see jeff harady hold on to the belt like the way jbl did when he was wwe champion in smack down. jeff is a good mold fgor being a figthing and resilient champion.i just hope that he doesn't get into trouble so he wouldn't jeopardize his title run.

No freaking kidding. Matt Hardy has been more loyal to WWE then Jeff has. I didn't see Matt Hardy go to TNA whenever WWE got rid of him. I just think since Jeff Hardy obviously sells more merchandise and gets higher ratings for his matches then Matt, he will always be in the spotlight. Matt Hardy just lacks something that no one can pick out.

Hopefully for a while. I guess you could say he's overdue for the title, since he was challenging for it back in 2002, but we all know of his past problems. I guess this means WWE has the utmost faith in Jeff. Maybe he'll be the first one to beat Vladimir Kozlov. When he does lose the title, I'd like it to be to someone other than Edge or Triple H. Preferably someone new, but I wouldn't mind if it was Taker or Big Show.

I think it was long overdue for him to be champion. i don't think he will last to Wrestlemania. i give it to the next pay per view and i'm stretching it abit.

If I know Vince and Triple H, he will probably be champion for a week and Triple H will win the title back and add another world title reign to his belt. I do not think he will last until Wrestlemania, he will probably lose it in the next PPV. Yes, Jeff Hardy is overdue to be WWE champion. He has deserved it as he has been one of WWE's best superstars for almost a decade. He would of won the belt sooner if he wasn't suspended earlier in the year. I also think he is more popular now than ever.

I don't think that would happen unless Jeff gets into trouble. (See RVD's WWE title reign.) I think Triple H has respect for Jeff as he's put him over several times now. Also, the Undertaker recently jobbed to Jeff and Taker is pretty much the most respected guy in the locker room. I'd like him to have a lengthy reign to make the WWE title seem more prestigious.

Wasn't he in TNA at that time, 2006 and getting kabonged by Jeff Jarrett's guitar? Probably just me, though. Anyway, on to the question. I do think that he'd only be champion for a short while, then they could probably do a title chase [which more people will buy into since he's won the title] and regain the championship at a bigger pay-per-view, and NOT a year-end PPV like Armageddon. HHH didn't win. That's a good thing in my book. He needs to put the other people over now that he's a well-established name.
