Do you highly valued?

As the title, are you a highly valued person? Someone, around us, maybe highly valued. Once they put forward an idea, maybe not that great, many people will just follow his or her think and do the same thing just like he or she did. Are they always that right? I don't think so, maybe they are outstanding in one aspect, but not always. So they can not be that right and we do not always their steps, don't we? I am just put forward what in my mind, you may have a different opinion. And what's that? I will be very glad to know.

No one thinks highly of me which doesn't mean that I don't think highly of myself. I just know that people would rather overlook me than to consider me to be valuable. Cheers!!

Let me explain like this. Value is something that has to earned over a period of time. so if you so good value for a long time then people who realise that you have great values start to follow you. some people whom you see ma follow somebody because of two reasons. one is he/she is highly valued. the second reason is he/she is in higher power/designation. we should not bother if second is the reason.
