dance is a complete exercise

Dance is a complete physical exercise to every body. it gives extra energy to do work and also helps to maintain our body in shape. if we can dance regular then we can loose our weight also.
i like dance very much. And i can do this every morning for half an hour. And after that i do not need any exercise to keep fit my body.

i totally agree with you. i observed that when i'm dancing i sweat a lot, so when you sweat a lot hat only means one thing you are burning some of the fats in your body.

Hi there!
Yerah, you're right! Dance is a whole body exercise and it's so much fun to do it too that you won't feel any pressure like you do doing a regular exercise routine. It also helps you to be more graceful and flexible and leaves you energetic for the whole day ahead when you do it in the morning.
