Losing baby weight ..

Is it possible to reduce weight and get back to shape after delivering a baby ?? If yes, how long does it take and what are best ways to do it ??

It is possible... you just have to descipline yourself.. exercise and proper diet will help you to loosen up your weigth.

I am not a female so I may be wrong, but if I heard my mother correctly a couple of years back it just happens naturally.
