A bad cell phone!

A half years ago,my BF and i went to buy a cell phone for my father's birthday.My fater is 57-year-old,he would like a functional phone.We found many cell phone stores ,but we couldn't find one what we would like.Finally,a waiter introducing a kind of The ANYCALL. The style is better than we found it ever.Moreover,the price is not too much for us.Before we heard that ANYCALL have a good quality.So we bought it. Before the other day,My father call me and said the cell phone can't works.I can't belive.I thought maybe it haven't power.So i take it to the anycall store with cell phone,but the waiter ask me for the maintain list,oh,my god!we thought this brand is good all the time,so i forgot where is the maintain list after we thought.At the last time ,they didn't change or maintain it oweing to we have not list.I'm very angry for it.It is a bad cell phone and the bad after sales services!
