I was wondering how much milk a person should drink on a regular basis. Of course, I think you shouldn't drink too much milk because then you could get calcium deposits. Am I right?

Hi, I think 3 servings is recommended but probably depends on if there is a allergy to milk products. I start my day out with 16 ounces of 1% milk daily so I get 2 servings right away and the last serving I either get from cheese or another vitamin d food.A dietician or doctor would have a better knowledge of what a peron could do to get the required vitamins and nutrients.

for babies younger thn three months, all they should consume is milk. For children between 3-9 monthes should have 80% milk. 9-18 months should have 50% of their intake to be milk. 18 months - 4 years olds should have 40% milk consumption. 4-10 year old should have atleast 35% milk as their daily consumption of food. 10-17 year old should also have 50% of food as milk. All adults should have atleast 20% of their drink as milk. So for example if an average person drinks 10 glasses of water everyday thn they should atleast have 1 glass of milk. Now the above calcuation are based on minimum amount to be consumed. You can also talk to your local doctor about this. But for most people there is no such thing as too much milk. ENJOY YOUR MILK!
