Do you crack your knuckles? / myLot

I do.. It's such a bad habit! Like every joint in my finger I crack! UGH it's like an OCD hahaha. Does anyone else here crack their knuckles? Or does it disgust you when people do it?

Hi there Vanonas. I don't usually do this as apart of being a bad habit it is also bad for health as it may lead to increased shaking hands and that won't help you anytime.

that's become my habit also, i did that when i felt like my fingers are strained or something
