i can name two movies which i have watched recently that spoke of saving the environment. *The man that was superman (korean movie) *the day the earth stood still Of course the latter is more popular as its made in Hollywood. But while the first movie talk about small thing you can do to save the environment, although not directly, the other movie is about some other form of intelligence from other universe trying to save the earth from the human specie. Both good movies and recommended to watch. How they were they able to present a very relevant topic thru entertaining concepts. I just hope the lessons these movies imply stick on our head. But of course it doesnt end there. We should also practice the 3Rs... REDUCE, RECYCLE, REUSE

I don't think movies will teach ou anything real or good about life! They are all exaggeration for fantasy and 'entertainment'. If you are really interested in what is happening in the world, you will need to do your own research on the internet and consider conflicting views to make up your own mind. You won't be able to do that in the prejudciced and unreal world of TV and movies! There is little an individual can do to have any real impact on the environemnt - it is the big users - government, aeroplanes, power plants that have the biggest impact. You can however raise issues locally and do your own bit by not buying things you don't need! Do you really need 20 pairs of shoes? Only buy what you need and then you won't have so much to recycle. make things last. You'll also save money!Scrap your TV and the movies and free your mind!
