their current situation. Which means, they won't be satisfied with what they have and they always think if they could try something else, strive for the best, open up new opportunities...etc. Of course, successful people should have more qualities like diligence, smart, great business sense... etc. but the main factor which contributes to their success would be "they are not satisfied with their current situations".
