how can you say that your in love?

For me, i can say that im love when i always wanted to see him, i always say i miss him even if a minute that we're not together and if we have a fight or quarrel even in a little i'll cry...i told my cousin that i will not cry to one person/man if i dont love him. How about you how can you say that your in love? Or what is your basis that your in love to that person?
