Why don't you get a smuggling IPhone instead. I don't know the market you there, but in china there is plenty of cheap Iphone. There is anything else cooler than Iphone compared to Ipod touch or Ipod nano. Some people believe Ipod touch is the Iphone which been emasculated phone function. I totally agree with that, Ipod touch is not a bargain. Just think about it, my lotter.

If you are sure that your iPod Touch will fall or you will keep it in the pocket with the keys don't buy it. It can easily be scratched and it can easily stop working if falls on the floor. As iPod Nano is much lighter you won't damage it so hard. I have Iphone and as it is very similar to iPod Touch i recommend you Nano!
