eHow is great! I love it there! The people are wonderful, the eHow staff are great, and you get money for your articles as time goes by, even when you didn't write anything. The key there is to write a lot of good quality articles. Then you can get income from them, the more you write, the more income. You have to be a US citizen, 18 and over, to qualify for the writer compensation program. It's a very supportive environment. I just started in September, and in October/November I didn't write there very much. But I made payout (it's by paypal) which is $10. And when I didn't write there for one week, I still made almost exactly the same as when I wrote a ton at mylot for a week. There are people there who are making hundreds a month! And there are a few who have been there a year or so and understand marketing that make $1000+ per month. You have to work at it, but it is super legit, super helpful in the forums, and there is no maximum amount you can get in a month or anything like that. There's also no referral links or anything like that. So I am telling you all this but it doesn't get me more money. I have no motivation except help you.

I used to write there. Hardly go there now. Earning part is being introduced recently, but I am not sure as to how it works. It could be on basis of page views. Yo can ask seniors there, they would be able to tell you. I find it to be a useful site but just do not get enough time. This is my link, if you are interested: http://www.ehow.com/myaccount/overview.html
