With who do you always hang out?

Recently, I always hang out with my friends. But most of my friends that hang out with me are girls. They are the ones that will ask me out first. Most of the boys always said that they have something else to do. I'm kinda dissapointed with the boys because whenever I ask them out, they will always give the same answer. Who do you always hang out with and who is the first to ask other out? What's your opinion about my situation?
