I did some research on massage therapy because it looks like it can be so relaxing and refresing. You can read my article here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1224493/massage_therapy_health_benefits.html?cat=68 I'm a little funny about dressing in a towel and having a stranger rub oil all over me. I would probably feel embarrassed. However, the results might be well worth it though. Have you ever had massage therapy done and if so, how was it? Happy MyLotting! Char

It is more than worth it. I am a very shy person but massage therapy was recommended for me for my fibromyalgia. It helps tremendously with increasing my mobility. It is very relaxing and the truth is, you don't have to completely undress. You can take off or leave what you want, as long as they can get to your limbs and muscles. They usually leave most of you covered and only uncover the part they are working at the time. The therapists are use to working with people they don't know and are very skilled at making you fell comfortable. I say try it at least once....I'm sure you'll go back!

Thanks for the great information and your response! I have rheumatoid arthritis so it might help me too. It is nice to hear from someone who has actually had it done. Happy MyLotting! Char

I am not really big on having strangers touching me, so I have never had a massage.

Oh yes, every now and then i treat myself to a massage. It is so good and refreshing. You don't have to be shy my dear, maybe you will be a little tense in the begining but i'm sure after the first minute or two you will be so relax that you will forget your shyness. And it will be something you will want to go back to often. Go for it....
