Free stocking in the nc mall

They're giving away a christmas stcoking in the mall. It's in the same place as the halloween bags were and you get 2 wintery items and a nc item. I don't know if everybody is getting the same or different and I don't know how long it'll go on for, so get refreshing now.
I really like these free nc mall giveaways but I think it would be better if it was easier to get the rare items like map pieces. What do you think?

It was on the first page where the halloween goodie bags were. I don't know if everyone got the same but I got a Candy Cane, Wreathy Yoyo and the nc item was a Modern Sculpture Holiday Hat, which you can see on my eyrie here - http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=_cral_1_29

Wow, how often does a mall give away free items. And a Christmas stocking at that. I'm not sure what map pieces are, so I am not able to share my opinion on that.
Is this mall in the state of North Carolina, or is this a web site that you are referring too? I think it's great that they do this for the holidays. Is it just for the needy, just for children, or can anyone get one of these stockings?

Sorry it's not a real life mall but a website called neopets. It would be a great idea if real life malls did it. I got a bag of christmas decorations and ribbons from a shop called Lidl but that's all I've ever had for free at this time of year.
