what do u like more , a joint family or a singly family

hi friend vicky.i would like to live with a joint family. most of the people think that single family is very happy. but they are missing their parents care. if both wife and husband are employed. if they have a new born baby they put their baby in crush or in the hand of serventmaids.but that the maids are not properly feed to them and take about the baby.ok friend.i will meet you later to share my views.because a guest is waitting there.ok bye.

A single family, definitely.

I think I would very much prefer the single family system over the joint family any day. I know people who live in joint family conditions, and the environment of their homes is not so great. They are always arguing, they cannot come to decisions and overall it just causes many problems. I know not ALL joint families are like this but the majority of the ones I have seen fit the above description.

I like a joint family, but am unable to handle both for physical and mental reasons. I envy those who can live with their children and grandchildren, and have dinner at large table in a shiny dining room. But substential housework and potential relationship issues stop me from having the luxury. Now my son has his single family, and visit us from time to time. Whenever needed, say when the kid is ill, we are always ready to help, either stay in their home for a short period or the kid is sent to us for some days. The youngers have more freedom to organize their own affairs in a single family. With better sense of responsibility and household handling skills, they are happy and do get grown up pretty well. That is the trend nobody can be in the way.
