i guess it has to be Jaws. i know its old or something but i has to be to in the top five or something. the SAW series are also scary to me .

The movie "Event Horizon" was absolutely repulsive in terms of its gory disgusting horror. Ironically, it tries to hard to e scary and graphic that it is actually more horrifying in terms of the film-making than the plot or special effects. If you want to see gratuitous sickening imagery that will make it impossible for you to close your eyes for a week, than go rent this awful movie. Best of luck, -Fox
