how often do you ,urinate??

I have always been a "leaky Lucille". I have to urinate quite frequently. I have to make sure my bladder is very empty before going to sleep. If it takes more than 20 minutes to fall asleep, I have to get up and go again! At work, I go every hour. I am also a very thirsty girl. I have a bottle of water with me at all times and refill it often.

The more I drink water, the more I feel urinated.. :) But's that's ok for me. I drink the minimum amount of water daily.

hi there is nothing to be ashamed of opening this discussion. there is nothing harm if someone asking you how often do you urinate. i urinate i think one at hour. i am a water drinker person i drink more than 8 glasses of water a day so i have to urinate to clean my urinary system. i find it clean to urinate often because toxins from the body are being excreted through urine.

as long as i feel i would pee :P.As long as i feel like peeing lols

i urinate once in 4 hours or so.. i dont drink much water and tend to urinate less.. and i urinate for a long time once i'm at it.. i've got a very big bladder and i dont need to urinate often!

hi, it depends upon the weather or depends on how many times you drink a day, when its cold,i think 4 to 5 times,but when summer sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. but if i drink to much water a day, i urinate 3 to 4 times a day..
