Does ice cream make you thirsty?

Even when I was younger, I always became thirsty when eating ice cream. My dad would always say that I don't need anything to drink, because ice cream was wet. He would just laugh because I just wanted some water to go with my ice cream. Do any of you ever feel the same way?

I get thirsty too after eating ice cream. Maybe it's because of the sugar that's in it.

You could be right, and maybe the milk that's probably in it. I know it can make someone phlemmy(spelling?).

Yes.After I ate lots of ice cream I became thirsty so I always buy a water when eating ice cream at the other places.

Yeah every time I ate ice cream I always feel thirsty. After eating ice cream I usually drink cold water or

Yeah i typically need something to drink after eating ice cream. I normally want a soda.
