The movie "Brazil"

Has anyone seen the movie called "Brazil"? I saw just a few minutes of it today, and I was left totally confused. Of course, I turned it on after the movie was already in progress. I didn't start it at the beginning. But, I still didn't quite understand what was going on. I've just looked it up online, and read a summary of the movie. But my question is this: Why is the movie called "Brazil"?? Does it actually have anything to do with Brazil? I'm so confused! lol. If anyone has seen the movie, or can clear up my confusion, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks!
