How to help write thesis?

Because of long term reglection, chinese students are relatively not good in writing thesis in an organized way. Things are improving, but there must be set processes, that teachers from middle school up might take for reference to help improve their guidance. Who could kindly give some advice for my easy access, preferably on the internet? Thanks a lot in advance.
