Do You Have Unfulfilled Plans in Life?

My not-yet-fulfilled plans in life is to go abroad with my family and be able to work there and settle there for a better future of my children. Although it's not yet fulfilled, I am not yet giving up hope on the idea.
I know that it takes tons of efforts and money but who knows, if it will be God's will, we can make it.
How about you, What are your unfulfilled plans in life? What prevented you to fulfill them? Are you still hopeful for such to be fulfilled in the future or you've given up hope already? Thanks for the responses!
